Hi, everyone! It's Nate and I'm flying solo today while Andy is off on a business trip to Puerto Rico. I'm is excited to update you what's been happening in our Amazon business and I'll be sharing some valuable insights from the past week.
One of the significant changes made that we'll be talking about was moving a talented operator from one of our businesses to our main Amazon brand, creating a new position called the "Chief of Staff." This person will be responsible for setting clear processes and objectives, creating a KPI dashboard, and evaluating team members' performances every six months.
